Multi color vertical injection molding machine
1. Description:
Vertical mold clamping, vertical injection.
Clamping force: 60-1000 tons Injection volume: 0-3000 grams.
LZ-SL series three-colors injection molding machine, designed with 2 sets of center turret systems, 2 sets of rotary table systems, 3 upper molds, 6 lower molds, and an industrial control system.
Developed by LIZHU to produce 3-color handle products, the injection unit can be matched to a suitable size according to product requirements.
The LZ-SL series two-color machine is designed as a 3-station rotary table with 360-degree rotation. The injection unit can be matched to the appropriate size according to the product requirements. The design can add additional vertical or horizontal injection mechanism; 1 vertical and 1 horizontal injection mechanism can be designed.
Product options: independent ejector, servo energy-saving system, electric injection system, high-speed injection system.
