1. Description:
Time spent clamping is decreased by the original Platen Lift System design. It minimizes the strain on the toggle, extending its lifetime.
In contrast to hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping design relies on the needs of diverse molds while also achieving high-speed and smooth clamping.
An injection system with dual injection cylinders provides high-pressure and high-speed injection.
The hydraulically charging motor may spin 180 degrees from its initial position thanks to the inventive design of the injection unite, making it simpler to swap out the material tube.
The strong injection structure stabilizes the injection union during hydraulic motor charging.
For greater safety and productivity, a slide table or revolving table is an option.
