1. Description:
The original Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time. It lessens the toggle's strain, allowing the lifetime to be increased.
In contrast to hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping while also relying on the requirements of various molds.
High-pressure and high-speed injection are provided via a dual injection cylinders mechanism.
The injection unite's unique design allows the hydraulic charging motor to turn 180 degrees from its original position, making it easier to change the material tube.
When the hydraulic motor is charging, the injection union is stabilized due to the powerful injection structure.
A slide table or rotating table is available as an option for increased safety and productivity.
