1. Description:
Compatible with vertical mold opening, vertical injection, and insert molding.
The innovative Platen Lift System significantly reduces clamping time. It reduces the strain on the toggle, allowing it to last longer.
In contrast to Hydraulic Clamping, our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping, and depending of the mold, even low-pressure clamping is necessary.
High-pressure and high-speed injection are possible with the twin injection cylinder system.
Because of the injection unite's unique architecture, the hydraulic charging motor can rotate 180 degrees from its original position, making it simple to change the material tube.
Because of the powerful injection structure, the injection union is stabilized when the hydraulic motor is charging.
For better safety and productivity, a slide table or revolving table is an option.
