The quick lock mold/low pressure molding speed closes the mold, and locks the mold rapidly while automatically unclocking the mold afteroughly when opening. This special safety design enhances the protection of the mold.
The stamping die is fixed/up die type activity. The shape inlays have excellent location position on mold, which make product removal smooth and easy. Electrically controlled hydraulic pressure fitting/fitting uses branded in-house components which are durable and have low rotation noise. The mold lock can have a strength between 15TON-35TON and PLC programming and electrically controlled pressure are also available.
